The need for an immune body probably cannot be emphasized more than at a time like this as COVID-19 grips the world.

The COVID-19 outbreak has brought the focus back to the body’s natural defense system or immunity. While there is no medicine for COVID-19 as of now, the need is to take preventative measures which boost immunity in these times.

This is the time when it is all about bringing balance in the body by keeping it healthy and living happily with a disease-free body. “One has to prevent oneself from falling sick. For this you must follow the principles of Ayurveda, namely Dhincharya that is daily regime and Rithucharya which is seasonal regime and lastly detoxify your body and rejuvenate once a year by doing the Panchakarma Therapy. Dhinacharya describes in detail about oral hygiene, Yoga, Pranayama, meditation, balancing diet and bowel movements and more. Breathing exercises like anulom vilom pranayama (alternate breathing), Kapal bhati (forceful exhalation) and Nadi shuddhi pranayama are beneficial.
