Her notable appearance on the small screen was in Bigg Boss 7 where she was the first runner up. She tells us more on how she looks beautiful by taking care of her skin and hair.

Tell us about your skin care regimen.

My skin care and grooming regime is all about moisturising and applying tons of sun block. And that is only because if you do not keep it simple, you will not do it every day. I believe in using right products for personal care. I do go for regular facials and I also resort to various Do It Yourself (DIY) remedies for the skin at home. For instance, I use a mixture of lemon and cucumber juice for tan removal and use egg yolk for the hair.

Do you use any specific beauty products / brands?

I swear by Bobby Brown base, L’occitane products and La Mer.

Are there any beauty treatments you practice after a long day’s work?

I absolutely love spas. I love getting regular massages and pedicures. When I want a little extra, I’ll do a nice body wrap or some Ayurveda based therapy. My favorite part would be to sit with my puppy Leo reading a good fantasy fiction novel with a cup of cinnamon tea which relaxes me completely.

What makeup items do you have in your bag and do not leave home without?

Lip gloss and cheek tint, base, colourful eyeliner and my favourite bright lipsticks are some of the things that I always have.

How do you ensure a healthy mane?

I take good care of my hair as well. I always use a heat protector cream before styling. I use Kerastase thermal heat protector.

Any tips for our readers on how to keep your hair healthy?

My hair care routine is regularly oiling the hair and if you colour your hair, it is important to get protein treatments for the hair. One must eat healthy for healthy hair and I recommend lots of nuts and foods rich in good fat.

What is your diet mantra like?

I do not follow a particular diet and I only use a dieting as a quick fix tool to achieve a particular result in a short period of time. Otherwise as a lifestyle I eat healthy and workout regularly.
