I am often asked to review products and when an opportunity from Pune based Indrani Cosmetics came my way, I quickly read about the company and was surprised to know that it has been around for over 25 years. With a broad portfolio of skin care and hair care products, the company ensures the use of quality and has well researched formulations.
In fact even before I was sent the product, my skin care and hair care type was found out and I was recommended the Pearl Facial Kit as it is best suited for sensitive skin like mine.
The product is packaged attractively too and has four components – cream, scrub, gel and a pack. Each of these are packed in separate boxes. The advantage of the Pearl facial kit is that it is useful for sun-damaged and sun-tanned skin, prevents wrinkles and fine lines and hydrates dry skin while cleansing pores and giving the facial skin a soft supple feel.
Indrani Pearl Cream has a combination of Beeswax, Pearl Powder, Perfume, Light Liquid Paraffin and D.M Water among other ingredients. The product has a floral aroma and spreads evenly on the skin without leaving any white marks. Easily absorbed it lends a smooth texture to the skin.
Indrani Pearl Scrub is made of Stearic Acid, Cetomicrogol, Glycerine Monostearate, Light Liquid Paraffin, Walnut Shell Powder and Pearl Powder with other ingredients and has a nice texture that never feels hard on the skin. With a soap like smell, the scrub spreads evenly and dries quickly. Once you wash your face post scrubbing, it gives the skin a smooth and even tone.
Indrani Pearl Gel has Carbopol, Sodium Methyl Paraben, Hydantoin, Pearl Powder, Perfume, Triethanolamine and D.M. Water. With a pearl glow the transparent gel is smooth, scented and gets easily absorbed into the skin.
Indrani Pearl Pack is a clay like mix of Bentonite, Kaolin, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Methyl Paraben, Sodium Propyl Paraben, Hydantoin, Pearl Powder, Perfume and D.M. Water. This product also has a very sweet smell and dries quite quickly. In fact you can easily rub it off once dry.
Once I completed the facial ritual, I could see a visible change in my face that had a nice glow and also felt soft. Easy to use and convenient, this is a great product that is not just something that works in the lockdown but at all times.
