World Laughter Day is celebrated on May 2 each year but we do not really need a day to laugh. As laughter is indeed the best medicine.
Laughter is therapeutic; it provides relief after a long, exhausting day. You can either make it a resolution or set the intention to laugh every day with all your heart. Include laughter in your daily task list, just like you do with your to-do list.
As we know a good laugh heals every pain. It works as a medicine for our health. Laughter strengthens your immune system, boosts mood, diminishes pain, and protects you from the damaging effects of stress. When happiness comes from the soul it is priceless and naturally adds to our beauty. Laughter is not a sign of happiness only, it hides a lot(sadness, nervousness, etc.) All are different from each other and have different languages to show love, care concern, and respect towards others. In between making your soul happy and staying calm important to take right decision in life.
