July 31 is celebrated in the USA as National Avocado Day and this is why Avocado is such a loved ingredient.
It is time to celebrate the much-loved Avocado and raise a toast to its holistic goodness. Nishant Taneja, Head of Marketing, Moksha Himalaya Spa Resort says, “adding avocados to your breakfast regime will add to its nutritional value significantly. Mash ripe avocado onto multi-grain toast and add a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and other seasonings of your choice. Avoid eating butter or mayonnaise instead use mashed avocados in sandwiches and burgers. One can also combine avocados with tomatoes, onions, lime juice, and spices to make a dip and then use it with chips or as a topping for various dishes. For a creamy and nutrient-rich twist, blend avocados into hot soups.”
