Navadhanya Adai Mix (9-Grain Protein Dosa) that seems like a great way to make instant Adai, the Millets Health Mix (Kanji Maavu) which is a good health drink, Kitchili Samba Rice Flour, that can be used to make Idiyappam and Seeraga Samba Rice, an aromatic Samba Rice that is used to make biryani and pulav. This apart I have also ordered some wood pressed oils that will make for a great addition to the food that will be cooked.
