Tankerwala is a mobile app that helps you book water tankers on-demand across the city and is the brainchild of Moulya Amar Nath and Shravanth Donthi, a husband-wife duo.

When Moulya Amar Nath and Shravanth Donthi were expecting their child, they moved to Moulya’s parent’s home in Banashankari in South Bangalore. This was an apartment complex with eight flats and as the municipality water was not enough, they would order water tankers frequently.

To address many water problems they decided to start Tankerwala in December 2020,” explain the duo. Tankerwala is a mobile app to book water tankers on-demand across the city.

Apart from water delivery, Tankerwala also has another wing of operations which is into water recycling.

Tankerwala is aiming to create a great experience around ordering a water tanker. The mobile app is the most convenient way to order a tanker and has a live tracking feature to inform the user about the order status.
