This is a simple ice cream that uses seasonal strawberries, fresh cream and condensed milk. It is rich, creamy and not too sweet – a decadent treat that will leave you drooling.
- Fresh Cream 300 ml
- Strawberries 300 grams
- Condensed Milk 200 ml
- Puree about 250 grams of fresh strawberry in a blender and keep aside.
- In a bowl, empty the fresh cream and using an electric beater whip for 10 minutes till you see that small peaks are formed.
- Add the condensed milk and pureed strawberry and mix well.
- Freeze for about 7 hours and top with chopped fresh strawberry and serve.
Set a timer and beat the fresh cream for 10 minutes continually. This takes some effort but will give you great final results.
