Aish, is a signature Hyderabadi restaurant at level 3, The Park Hyderabad that was recently relaunched post the pandemic.
The Nawabs were known for their exquisite taste in sensory objects, jewels, objet d’art and legendary cuisine. The best part is that the restaurant offers an opulent yet restrained setting that makes the perfect backdrop to savour the gourmet delights. Keeping the ethos of royal dining in mind, Aish is designed to reflect the grandeur of the Nawabs. The dark ceiling with Swarovski crystal block lights plays perfect foil to the mother of pearls inlaid floors in clusters of floral sprays and a dazzling Ossler centerpiece to cast a dull glow on the dinner guests. The private dining has been cordoned off by solid silver on teak trellis patterns and the entire ambience is super luxe modern nizam. The antique crystal chair and chandeliers, a proud collection of rare antiques and portraits complete the look here.
Master Chef Habeeb Mohsin who helms the restaurant explains, “the choice of dishes we offer at Aish are not available elsewhere in Hyderabad. Like Murgh Mutabbak, that is layered chicken, egg, and cheese kebab, Sojni Ka Murgh made with chicken morsels with steamed drumstick pulp and seeds, Arvi Gosht which is home style mutton cooked with Colocasia, royal cumin and green cardamom and Bhindi Khagina which is okra with cumin and fresh ginger are exclusive dishes here. We will have seasonal ingredients as well and the menu will change as per the season to ensure there is freshness in the dishes. We have an established, quality control policy for sourcing the ingredients which is done locally.”
