Zarin the fine dining specialty restaurant at Fairmont, Jaipur is all about regal Rajasthani food that is sure to take you on a gastronomic journey of the state.
On my last visit to the royal city of Jaipur, I spent a night at the palatial Fairmont Jaipur. A hotel that is all things beautiful complete with classic decor and traditional hospitality that comes wrapped in a contemporary form.
I had dinner that night at Zarin, the in house restaurant and it was a great way to cap off the tour as I was in for a treat through the extensive Rajasthani thaali I was served. I tried the vegetarian thaali and can say this is a meal that you must not miss on your next trip to Jaipur.
