  • 2016-2019| RMIT University, Australia
I pursued my degree in Fashion Business at RMIT, Melbourne. This laid the foundation of my career, giving me exposure to global fashion systems, real-time projects, and the business side of creativity.
  • 2018- 2019 | Sales Associate, Myer (Australia)
Alongside my studies, I worked part-time at Myer, one of Australia’s leading retail chains. Here, I gained first-hand experience in retail operations and customer service, which taught me the importance of client satisfaction, understanding consumer behavior, and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • 2018 | Study Tours to China
  • 2019- 2021 | Merchandising Agent, Deepwear (Australia–India)
After graduation, I joined Deepwear, a fashion agency that supported international brands in manufacturing in India. I worked as a merchandiser, managing end-to-end processes—finding the right factories, negotiating, sourcing fabrics, and overseeing logistics. This role sharpened my skills in supply chain management and gave me a deep understanding of India’s production ecosystem from a global perspective.
  • 2021- 2022| Exploration & Learning Phase (India)
Returning to India, I immersed myself in the local fashion landscape, studying the crafts, materials, and artisanship of the country. This period was about building my vision—understanding how I could merge global business insights with the depth of Indian craftsmanship.
  • 2022–Present | Founder, Realm by Vaishali
With this vision, I launched Realm by Vaishali. The brand is built on principles of sustainability, artisanal craftsmanship, and empowering fashion. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with karigars, explored materials, and developed collections that bring Indian artistry into a global context. Each phase of my career—from studying abroad to working in retail, exploring China’s manufacturing industry, and merchandising for international brands—has shaped how I run my label today, blending creativity, strategy, and purpose.

In the near future, the focus is on expanding into key international markets, strengthening retail presence through multi-designer stores, and building strong collaborations with global fashion houses. At the same time, she wants to invest in building a powerful brand identity through PR and digital storytelling, because visibility and credibility are the new currency in fashion.
