On a recent visit to Dubai, I had the opportunity to check out its vibrant gastronomic scene and one of the restaurants where I had a fabulous meal was at Gerbou.
Located away from the city in the quiet suburb of Nad Al Sheba, this restaurant is a great place to enjoy local food with a twist or modern Emirati cuisine.
And while that may seems like fusion, it is not as the food here is made from the heart. With a good balance of vegetarian fare on the menu, there is much for all.
Winters see the outdoor area buzzing as the place is surrounded with lush landscapes. The building itself has heritage value.
