Rishab Jolly is a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft Azure. Rishab began his journey nine years ago, sleeping on a couch with his visa countdown running, despite having an MBA.
Today, he is shipping AI features at Microsoft Azure as a Senior Product Mangaer and holds a patent for his work. He has been featured by The Product Folks (for his expertise in storytelling and stakeholder influence), regularly writes for HackerNoon, and serves as a Judge at HackMIT.
He currently helps lead product strategy and execution for a key Azure observability service that’s critical for ensuring system reliability at scale. It’s used globally by organizations to prevent downtime and ensure seamless digital experiences. This phase has reinforced how technology can directly shape business outcomes and customer trust.
As a person, this journey has taught him humility, resilience, and purpose. It’s shown me that leadership is less about authority and more about clarity, empathy, and follow-through.
