Shauraya Bhutani, based out of Singapore and New Delhi, operates at the epicenter of tech investment and advisory across two of the world’s largest growth markets, SE Asia and India.
He advises growth-stage companies (Series B+) in SE Asia and India on M&A and private placements and invests in early-stage companies in India. Shauraya has been working alongside companies since the early days of the technology wave in Singapore and has built extensive deal experience, network, and industry expertise working with over 100 technology companies across retail, fintech, edtech, digital media, health tech, software, and IoT, among others. He is a co-founder of Capital Connect Advisors, based in Singapore and New Delhi, one of the most active tech-focused boutique investment banks, providing corporate finance, portfolio management, and ecosystem services to leading tech founders and investors in Asia.
He concurrently holds the position of Partner at Breathe Capital, a micro-VC backed by select family offices, investing in cutting-edge seed and Series A technology startups. From working at North Ridge Partners, Asia Green Capital Partners, BNP Paribas, and KPMG, his previous experience spans tech investment banking, renewable energy, corporate finance, and forensic due diligence.
