Michelin Moments. Thrilled to witness history being made as Tresind Studio Dubai becomes the first ever Indian restaurant in the world to get Three Michelin stars. Chef Himashu Saini and his team.

Also huge congratulations to @restaurantfzn for their 3 stars. Great job @bjornfrantzen for your outstanding achievement in just six months.

India was truly rising last night to borrow a phrase from @chefhimanshusaini.

Two restaurants were newly awarded one star this year - @manao_dubai, congratulations @abhiraj_khatwani for also being the young chef of the year and @jamavardubai, congratulations @chefsurendermohan and @chef_purushotham.

Also congratulations to @chefrahulrana for retaining the 1 MICHELIN Star for @avatara.ae and to @11woodfire, as always @panchalimahendra.
