World Chocolate Day 2023

Spread the love

An ingredient that is aptly described as the ‘Food of the Gods’, there is little competition for chocolates as a dessert that beats most others hands down.

Chocolates are a class apart when it comes to all things sweet and are in a league of their own. It is little wonder then that World Chocolate Day is celebrated on July 7th every year. The growing interest in chocolates has seen varieties like white, dark, milk and ruby take centre stage.

The versatility of the ingredient has led chocolates to manifest in several forms, which means it can be used in several savoury dishes as well.
