
The Founders of Go Rally, who bring PickleBall to Bangalore, Sam and Abhinav are two senior executives from the UK’s investment financial services industry left their high-powered careers to return to India to be a part of India’s startup growth story. That’s Sam and Abhinav. They had a passion for sports since they were growing up, they grew up seeing the sports infrastructure missing, and this remained a passion all along to be able to one day create sporting facilities where 10 million Indians could play a sport.
Sam and Abhinav launched GoRally in February 2024 and in no time the city has taken to pickle ball like no other sport. They believe that PickleBall is the most inclusive sport and everyone can play it. They currently have seven centres in Bengaluru – JP Nagar, Indiranagar, Agara, Whitefield, Jayamahal, Bellandur and Sarjapur.
Being a Global Indian is about helping bridge the gap – between where we are versus where want to be as a country, between India’s perception abroad vs. reality, and playing our part in those. It’s about bringing back the best of our learnings and helping build the future India. But equally in the here and now – representing our country on the world stage and telling the world we’re going places, despite all the challenges ahead.
