Sharath Shanth grew up in the United Arab Emirates in the 1980s and has spent nearly his entire life there. His family has lived in the UAE for over two generations, and the country has profoundly shaped both his personal and professional identity.
He has earned my degree in Accounting and Finance from the American University of Sharjah and later completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School in Boston. His career began in banking as a Credit Analyst, where he developed a strong foundation in finance, risk management, and business operations.
In 2008, he launched UCWF, my first entrepreneurial venture. Building it from the ground up taught him leadership, operational efficiency, and the importance of scaling with integrity. Today, UCWF manages a large portfolio of properties, including high-rise towers, malls, and commercial developments across the UAE.
