SIKAO, a traveling art gallery, made its official global debut with a two-day exhibition at the iconic IFBE, Ballard Estate, Mumbai. Founded by Pinky Daga, a literature enthusiast, and her son, Kabbier Daga, a multi-disciplinary artist, the gallery features exclusive, never-before-seen collectibles from 45+ national and international artists and designers.

Being a nomadic gallery, having no fixed location, SIKAO is a travelling platform designed to move between major cities and global design hubs. Each exhibition is carefully curated to show how modern objects connect to deeper cultural stories. This global journey begins with its very first showcase titled “Objects of Desire” in Mumbai.

Objects of Desire brings together a global collective of over 45+, including both national and international artists and designers, working across ceramic, stone, metal, and textiles. Visitors at the exhibition will discover a curated world of rare lighting, handcrafted furniture, and experimental materials from celebrated names such as Paola Paronetto, Ek Kalakaar, Shailesh Rajput Studio, and Harshita Jhamtani.
