Concoctions, an Indo-French culinary passion project, is a private home dining experience in Bengaluru by Nandini Vaidyanathan and Dominique Fieux, a Michelin-star French chef.
Having worked across countries and cultures, both have interesting takes on their experiences. For Vaidyanathan, they are two simple philosophies in life.
I met the couple recently at a lunch event and saw that their shared passion for cooking and good food made them perfect as partners in the kitchen and off it.
The couple are also adrenalin junkies and love trekking and climbing when they can – which they make time for as much as possible.
