
The much awaited festival of lights is here – its Deepawali or Diwali and the fun starts from your dining table.
Food and Diwali go hand in hand much like most festivals in India. In the recent times there has been a shift in how this is being done.
Today there is a clear return to ancient grains, with millets rightfully reclaiming their place on festive plates. Another factor is sustainability and eating local food that is grown within the region.
