Handmade and Handcrafted at Exclusive Lane

If you are looking to add a touch of class to your home décor, look no further than Exclusive Lane.

I have always liked things that are hand made and showcase an Indian art of craft form. Hence whenever I buy pieces for home décor, I ensure that there is an aspect of India in it. And one of my absolute go to websites for home décor is Exclusive Lane.

ExclusiveLane is an online craft brand that started in 2012 with a vision to promote Indian handicrafts globally and help small artisans based in different parts of India earn a living out of it.

While I have shopped on the site in the past as well, this time I was looking for more ceramic based décor and utility items and naturally it was time to log in and check out the collections.

Here is what I finally bought. My first choice was from the newly launched Mughal Bagheecha collection, where I picked these Hand-painted Ceramic Snacks Serving Bowls (Set of 4, 120 ML, Microwave Safe) that are great for small bites. The day these arrived I had baked a chocolate cake coincidentally and these looked great when I served the cake in them.

My next choice was a The Morocco Pod’ Hand painted Planter In Ceramic. With a capacity of 600 ML it can hold a medium sized pot easily and is a great addition to your home. I styled this using a Peperomia plant as well as an IKEA artificial planter and ask you can see from the pics below, the planter adds its own distinctive charm to the space.

And finally, I picked this set of “Mughal Cylindrical Duo” Floral Hand-painted Multi Utility Storage Jars & Containers In Ceramic (Non-Airtight, Set of 2, 380 ML, 5.2 Inch) made of ceramic and a lid made with Sheesham Wood that has a ceramic knob. The 380 ML containers are great to store pickles, spices or even snacks and are microwave safe too.
