A workout that is favoured by athletes, celebrities and fitness freaks, the HYROX workout is also finding favour among regular fitness enthusiasts too.

This is a fixed set of activities that is done in sequence. The eight exercise stations typically include:

  • SkiErg
  • Sled Push
  • Sled Pull
  • Burpee Broad Jumps
  • Rowing
  • Kettlebell Farmers Carry
  • Sandbag Lunges
  • Wall Balls
