Medha Nicky Rishi is the Founder of MissPoppins, a modern digital village app transforming the parenting journey through real time coaching, AI-powered personalization, and expert-driven support. A seasoned global HR executive, she most recently served as Head of HR at Square, and previously led multinational teams with Mercer, Aon and Woodruff-Sawyer across 63 countries.
Nicky holds degrees in Biochemistry and Economics, along with a Master’s in Fashion Design. A licensed private pilot and passionate advocate for wellness, she also founded 180Elevate.com, a thought-leadership platform. Committed to healthcare-tech and community service, Nicky has served on boards including Forma, Healthy Finds, Pratham, and the American Indian Foundation. She is a former CFO of United Nations-SF and has chaired HR and Finance for city councils. A two-time TEDx host, she continues to champion inclusion, innovation, and impact.
