Bengaluru’s exciting F&B scene has more with several new restaurants that are ensuring things are all things nice and spice. Here are some new places to check out.
Oye Kake: Oye Kake is Mumbai’s beloved 100% vegetarian Amritsari restaurant brand, founded in 2020 by Pankaj Gupta and Avinash Gupta under Flavour Pot Foods. It just opened its doors in Bengaluru on MG Road (30th April 2026), bringing with it the soul of Amritsar, built around three pillars of Punjab’s food culture: the langar, the street, and the home kitchen.
Kalpaney: Kalpaney is a modern vegetarian dining destination built around the idea of kalpana imagination. Conceptualised by Avinash Kapoli, Co-Founder, Kompany Hospitality, and Chef Sombir Chaudary, Co-Founder, Kompany Hospitality, the restaurant brings together familiar flavours, childhood memories and global culinary influences in unexpected ways.
Mai Mai: a modern East Asian restaurant in Bengaluru that brings together Japanese, Korean and Chinese influences through a menu rooted in comfort, familiarity and contemporary techniques.
PHURR loves to experiment with a playful spin on regional favourites, with Badam Malai Broccoli giving a fresh twist to the much-loved Andhra Chilli Broccoli from the earlier menu.
Serious Slice is Bengaluru’s home of Honest Pizza. For us, honesty is technical, not a slogan: our sourdough is made in-house from carefully chosen flour, cold-fermented for 72 hours, stretched by hand and baked over wood. We are equally exacting about ingredients.
Mezcalita: If you are visiting for the first time, we’d recommend trying the Birria Tacos, one of our most-loved dishes,
along with the Baja Fish Tacos for a taste of coastal Mexico.
Scoop Room: This is the newest ice cream concept from hospitality entrepreneur Pallavii Gupta, now open in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. Designed as a premium vegetarian and eggless ice cream brand, Scoop Room brings together ingredient-forward craftsmanship, thoughtful technique, and a playful yet contemporary space that reflects a new, more curious way of thinking about indulgence.
Kura is a 3,000 sq. ft. specialty coffee destination founded by first-time entrepreneurs Kiran Vijayakumar and Prajwal Venugopal. The name comes from the Japanese kura, a storehouse built to safeguard what is precious, reflecting the brand’s approach to coffee as a reserve of the finest lots. Bringing together one of Bengaluru’s most progressive coffee programmes, an in-house bakery and pâtisserie, and a French × Japanese kitchen, Kura sets out to create a modern all-day café centred on craft, quality, and thoughtful hospitality.
