Punjab is a land of food and flavours and is known for its rich repertoire of vegetarian fare as well. As the festive season ushers in, it is time to celebrate the season with some wholesome dishes that celebrate the spirit of Punjabiat.

And with Guru Nanak Jayanti just last week, there is Guru Gobind Jayanti this month as well. This also means that this is all about celebrating with the tenets of the Guru so here is a plate that is full of vegetarian goodness.
