
Sabudana khichdi, a light and satisfying blend of tapioca pearls and peanuts, is a timeless classic and everyone’s favourite. Each festivity comes with its own traditional sweet, nourishing taste of vrat-friendly desserts made from coconut and jaggery.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Sabudana
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup ghee
- Salt, to taste
- Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Method
- Soak Sabudana overnight.
- Boil and drain.
- Heat ghee, roast peanuts.
- Mix Sabudana, peanuts, salt.
- Garnish with cilantro.
