Cold soups are popular in warm climates because they’re light, refreshing, and comforting in the heat. They help cool the body, support hydration, and feel much lighter than hot meals. To avoid bland or watery cold soups, avoid adding excess thin liquids like water or whey during blending. Blend well to get a smooth base. Use a mesh strainer only if a lighter texture is needed. Leaving it unstrained often helps retain texture and flavour.
