Adeeb Shah, co-founder of Kofteci Group, started his career as a qualified corporate lawyer, Adeeb was born and brought up in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
Few of the notable transactions that Adeeb was part of was Orkla’s (a Norwegian conglomerate) acquisition of Eastern Condiments, investment by InvAscent’s (a Mauritius-based venture capital group) in Fleming Laboratories, and so on.
Adeeb was part of the founding process of Kofteci Group in the year 2018, he completed his corporate law practice during the day and handled the operations at Kebapci during the night as the restaurant was operating from 5.00 pm to 2.00 am during the initial concept in Chennai.
In the year 2024, building on his brother Aasim’s strategic vision to expand internationally, Adeeb also has been instrumental in setting up their brand Klava in Jumeirah Dubai, UAE after their extensive research and analysis to step into a Middle Eastern country with their Premium Turkish Baklava Brand by collaborating with one of the oldest baklava bakeries in the world at Gaziantep, Turkiye.
