A year after he opened his restaurant Lupa, Manu Chandra shows no sign of stopping as his space wins accolades after accolades.
I have spoken to Manu many times, in fact one of my first food stories was when I had received some inputs from him. As a chef who is anything but ordinary in terms of his passion to his craft it is always a pleasure to speak to him and see him evolve to what he is now.
I sampled some vegetarian dishes at Lupa when it opened last year in MG Road in Bengaluru and spoke to him about his journey and whether it was hard to give up his previous role.
