Mother
- Mixed veg upma + ground nut chutney + soaked almonds (breakfast)
- Mixed Veg pulao + raita + egg curry(lunch )
- Dates sesame balls (snacks)
- Beetroot stuffed chapati + mixed veg curry (dinner) + salad

Children
