One-third of all food produced in India goes waste or is spoiled before it is even eaten and this is an issue that needs to be solved.

Did you know that food is being wasted even before it reaches your plate? The numbers are also staggeringly high. Organisations like Wastelink are seeking to intervene to make a difference as they solve the problem of commercial food waste by creating a circular economy solution that upcycles food surplus to animal feed.

Interestingly this has two benefits – one is there is no need to grow anything specifically for them and this in turn reduces greenhouse gas emissions as well.
