Whether you are a hard-core fitness enthusiast or just looking to get a little healthier, you must have noticed that mobility and strength training is what is shaping the fitness landscape today. Making a few tweaks to your fitness habits and mind-set can set one up for long-term mobility with less pain.

Seeing the positive change fitness brought into his life, Anuj Srivastava, a fitness coach found his calling as a trainer and that’s when he decided to leave his corporate job and entered the world of fitness. After doing CrossFit for years and coaching people, Anuj felt the need to take a step back and relook at fitness from a longevity standpoint. With more and more people having chronic pain, stiffness and as a result of which getting injured, he started exploring the field of mobility training.

In 2020, during the first lockdown, Anuj conceptualised Troop with the idea of sustainable fitness. The goal was to have a balance between strength training, mobility and endurance training. Today, his studio – Troop HQ blends gymnastics strength training, mobility and flexibility training and conditioning sessions. Their coaching style is from first and they individualize the program based on the clients capabilities and needs.
