Having grown up in Hyderabad, I have a personal connection with the city. And when I received an invite from The Park as they reopened their restaurant Aish, it gave me a chance to relive the city of my childhood.

Sitting on the back of the famed Hussain Sagar Lake, Aish, is unique as it combines the Nizam’s kitchen with the flavours of Telangana. Aish is all about dining in subtle grandeur in an ambience which exudes royalty. An exquisite seven course meal with personalised service is what ensures you get a feel of royalty.

Ala Carte as well as three set menus are on offer. A royal welcome with a string of pearls makes this a meal to remember.
Menus that are preset include:
Zar-e-Khas @ INR 1500
Shaan-e-Dakkhan @ INR 2000
Heera-e-Aish @ INR 2500
